Keep it simple

Breathing, Sleeping, Eating, Moving, THinking and Relationships.
These are the 6 fundamentals of health. Our daily habits are constant reminders of how we function. In attempts to live life to the fullest we forget the basics. When just one of these fundamentals is out of alignment life sucks....everything is off.

I just want to live the basics. I want it to be simple.
